Amount of Oil/Block
Ok my block is stamped 22r but the valve cover says 22re on it so is it a 22re or 22r? Also is the oil pan different from a 22r to 22re because i changed my oil and it takes 7 qts of oil to fill to line on dipstick or do i have the wrong dipstick?

if its the stock motor/efi then yes it is a 22re.
as for 7 quarts... umm it should only hold 4/4.5 qts.
take a pic of the oil pan and dip stick and i can tell you if there stock or not.

Oil
Well could anyone send me a picture of what the stock oil pan on a 22RE looks like. I think is not the stock one, it measures 6 3/4" at the deepest part on the pan. The dipstick is 22 1/4" from bottom to where it stops on tube. Im thinking that I have a bigger capacity oil pan with it taking 7 qts to fill.

Your dipstick is probably like mine and wrong. My problem being the dipstick tube is too long. 22R's only take 4.9 quarts bone dry. Mine is the same way, I had 7 and a half quarts in it to make it read full, started smoking like it blew the hell up. I just put the right amount in and made a new mark on the stick.
