Just rebuilt 91 22r motor. Everything back together, will run for about 2 or 3 seconds and quits. First thoughts are fuel problems. Replaced old gas (sat for about a year and replaced fuel filter) no luck. each time you turn it over it will run for about 2 or 3 seconds and quits. Please help!!
