I would have left it. Its a 22re, you can pour sand in there and it will run forever.......

This is a 3VZE, a bit more of a PITA to tear apart compared to a 22RE otherwise I might have considered it.

Thanks. The pictures make it look nicer than it is. The rims and new and the tires are new-to-me and so far I'm loving it. My brakes seem to be quite a bit worse coming from a 30x9.5 to a 31x10.5 tire which seems kinda odd to me. Maybe I have grease on the rotors or something....

I got the exhaust put back on today. It runs awesome. I'm not so sure I like the sound of these Thorley headers though. Right at about ~2800 as you're accelerating it lets out this rumble like a semi on the exhaust brake going down a hill. It's kinda annoying and I have been trying to shift before it happens. Another thing is these Dakota M/T's are harsh to drive on the road with. I'm thinking these will be getting replaced with some BFG A/T's soon as I've had good luck with those.

I'd say between the headers and the valve job I gained a pretty good amount of power. It's still a turd, but I definitely notice a difference and don't have to downshift where I normally would have to.

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio - Amelia is the exact place. There is no one else on this site from where I am. Seems like everyone is from Cali or Washington. I guess I need to move.

Like any exhaust it will change once its broke in. You might like it after that.
