rebuilding a 22re.... Ideas/help/vendors?

I need to rebuild a knocking 22re...Who is a good vendor for a master rebuild kit? Also, while I have it apart, are there any 'must-do' add-ons for some power and/or reliability?

oversized valves, cam, maybe bump the compression to 9.5-9.7:1 (but be prepared for the expensive gas if the engine doesn't like it) and if you do bump the compression you should get an adjustable cam gear so you can dial the cam in... well the adjustable gear is probably an easy way to get a bit more power anyways without the compression bump...
avoid over-boring if you can (sometimes, it's a necessity) and if you can't avoid it, bore only as much as necessary.
