No other electrical issues. And this is the first time the back window has given me any trouble

There is quite a few safety switches .
Did you remember to plug the cover Top switch in that will not allow the window to go up with the top off.
The wiper safety switch will also do the same thing.
If you thought that did not need to be plugged in as well .
One or both those safety switches is more then likely your problem.
This gets power from both the 20amp Power window Circuit breaker and the 15amp engine fuse both behind the left kick panel

The wiper switch is the plug over by the left panel corner and tailgate where the fluid host goes up. Correct? I put that one in. Did not notice a top switch that you mentioned. Don't remember unplugging it either. Where would that would be? Thank you

Finally figured it out. The "cover top switch" requires the bolt for the top to be inserted for the truck to know that the top is on and ok for the window to go up. U can see an actual picture of it in the color picture. It's the box looking piece at the top that runs directly under the second to last bolt on the driver side.
