I also posted a link to this thread on Marlin's support forum and this reply came within 15 minutes of that, so yes, posting over there will be your best method of getting support issues resolved in the future.

I am glad you guys have gotten this straightened out for me. Now we are getting there on customer service. I might have went a little far CRAZYWB and i am sorry if i offended you or anyone else but, i had to do something or i am afraid nothing was going to be accomplished. You guys have really taken a step out of your path for me and i thank everyone @MC for working with me. I really hope you will accept my apology and we can do business again. It is all about customer satisfaction and hopefully i will be one of your satisfied customers now. Thanks a lot
Clint

Clint, all you or anyone ever needs to do is speak up on the Marlin board, if i see someone not getting attention for service i will find somebody to help you.

kinda stupid to think the best way to get help is to start a topic on another board and start talking

ordered a few times from Marlin, phone and via web. each time its been next day shipping, products in perfect shape, packaged really well and everything delivered.

Im happy w/ em.

I work in customer service and thats pretty much all i do all day is deal with hundreds of random people, most of which are of the "upper" class portion. All I can say is I'm a nice guy and I treat everyone the same but you can't please everyone and sometimes people just don't get it. I get bugged all the time when I'm helping multiple people. It's like hello... you're not the only one waiting. Different business but people will always be people.

Just use common sense and be patient. If you really feel you're getting hassled then make a scene, if your just one of those impatient types that thinks everyone should just cater to you then I've no sympathy =)

A jovial happy customer 9/10 gets what they want without issue =)
