an here it is on the engine now i got it with a pigtail of the T100 harness an id recommend it in my case i put a couple male spade terminals on it so they plug into the factory harness plug i could have cut the original harness an put the new in but ehh i taped it all up nice an neat after this so it can be water proof an wont flap around

this is the idle adjustment valve if its working when the VSV is activeated it allows more air into the engine bypassing the throtlle plate causing a controled increase in engine rpms which keeps the AC compressor on as it will cycle off at normal idle rpms but not around 1K rpms the white adjuster is how you adjust the AC idle and also works with the power steering if its loading the engine

so after a bit of grinding off the excess bits an bending it up i drilled the small hole for a very tiny screw that i found one that fit after being trimmed down to less than 3/8 of an inch

so removed the bracket as i still want to bolt the VSV to the valve cover i need the tab an some of the old bracket

so here we have the failed VSV on the left an the replacement on the right i did test it via a 12v DC power brick it clicked nice an loud the original didnt top wire is live so + an the bottom connector is the switched negative an when the AC switch is turned off an on it turns this valve off an on as well

and with my dinner getting cold FINALLY i got it tourqed the nuts to 65 ft-lbs the book says to go 50 -75 so let um go a bit then ill retourqe them

annnd it fought me being installed too at this point i thought i had it noooope it shoved the inner bushing out an i had to start all over taking the shackle out an reinstalling the bushing after trimming a small bit of damage to the bushing off
