so after a bit of grinding off the excess bits an bending it up i drilled the small hole for a very tiny screw that i found one that fit after being trimmed down to less than 3/8 of an inch

this is the idle adjustment valve if its working when the VSV is activeated it allows more air into the engine bypassing the throtlle plate causing a controled increase in engine rpms which keeps the AC compressor on as it will cycle off at normal idle rpms but not around 1K rpms the white adjuster is how you adjust the AC idle and also works with the power steering if its loading the engine

an here it is on the engine now i got it with a pigtail of the T100 harness an id recommend it in my case i put a couple male spade terminals on it so they plug into the factory harness plug i could have cut the original harness an put the new in but ehh i taped it all up nice an neat after this so it can be water proof an wont flap around
