Wheelin in Kansas City Area?

I was just wondering if anyone was involved with or knew about any off road groups that I could get hooked up with in the western side of Missouri. I know that most of the terrain is flat over here, but I am sure that someone knows of where to go or who to talk to about that. Please help me find this info out. I am new to wheelin but am very eager to learn. I just want something other than mud to ride around on!!!

some trails listed on their site, based central mo, don't know a thing about them otherwise.

not to many places to (legally) wheel in the KC area.

I am actually about an hour south of KC. A small farming town that is extremely flat. I am originally from East Tennessee so the scenery and landscape is a little disappointing to me. Back in Tn we had no trouble finding off road trails with a little adventure and challenge to them. Here its not exactly the same thrill driving across a flat cattle field!!! I see you are in CO. I was in Denver last year. I didnt get a chance to go any further west than Denver, but I would like to in the future. The mountain range was beautiful!!!

Damn wrong side of KC. Well anyway I try to drop you a line before I go back to Tuttle Creek. I normally meet up with some folks from Omaha and Lincoln.
