What should the TEMP be on a 3.0 ?

OK I have the stock gage in my 95 runner. Right now, it reads a little bit over half way, or it might be right in the center. is this ok, and what temp would this be. Also what temp should the 3.0 be at for normal?

With my aftermarket gauge I get between 160-210 and the factory gauge reads just below center so the factory one is kinda poop.
