tube bumper designs

I am going to make my own tube bumper, but I don't know what I want it to look like. I need some ideas. I will be using 2 1/2" tubing. so if you guys can help that'd be great.

All the tube bumper ideas you could ever want to look at can be seen by using that little search button up there. I know there is even a thread or two started here recently...

You are gonna have a hard time finding a bender/die for 2.5" tubing...too big IMO and will look awkward.

I didnt really even pay attention to that, 2.5 inch tubing is going to look really funny. My exhaust isnt even 2.5" course thats pipe and this is tubing, measured different (isnt that right Brian? Im pretty sure...but he would know for sure) I think one is measured ID and one is measured OD. But 2.5" tubing is going to look funny regardless, you should maybe (?) re think it?

I have some pieces that are already bent at 90 degrees so that will help a lot. and if I need to bend more I have a torch

Well have fun trying to bend it without kinking it. Plus you'll have a hard time getting even, round, good looking bends without some kind of die or fixture.
