I have an 85 pu w/o ac and the blower motor only blows on the number 2 setting. I have replaced the blower resistor, the heater relay and even pulled the blower motor out and cleaned the cage and stuff to make sure there wasn't anything in the way. What would you do next, the switch or the motor? It's starting to get cool around here and i wanna get this fixed before it gets cold.

I would check the switch and wiring next. Usually resistor problems = high speed only. If any speed works, the relay is fine as is the motor.
