Arrow 3.4L swap more q?

For only those who have done the swap successfully, how did you do the ...
  1. oil gauge in order for it to work? I dont want to fry my 3.0 gauge.
  2. a/c to work?
  3. exhaust options with the Downey headers or just using the 3.4L manifolds?

I have a few ideas but I'd really like to hear from those who have done it correctly.

Thanks very much.

I just got done with all of these issues and here is what I have done: (note: all the info I found and did was from YT)

a. Swap your 3.0 oil pressure gauge to the 3.4 block.

b. Use 3.0 a/c in-place of 3.4 a/c. I removed the 3.0 bracket and used the 3.4 bracket but they might be the same. This is really nice because you do not have to crack the a/c lines or recharge the coolant.

c. I ran Downey headers. I bought and installed standard collectors on the end of the headers so the exhaust shop could connect to. If I were to do it again I would simply buy the ORS crossover pipe and be done with it. But since ORS wasn't selling their crossover I bought the headers. I ran the exhaust pipes very similar to the pictures here that show the crossover pipes: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f2/q-those-who-have-done-3-4l-swap-68154/
