94 2wd yota p/u gearing

Hello all, I currently own a 94 p/u. The problem that I am having is , the rear end gearing is too high for the the 5 spd manual. I guess what I am trying to say is that the previous owner had the stock removed for whatever reason, and then had a new one installed. The speedometer is 10mph off. When going sixty mph, the speedo reads 70. At 67 mph the tach is showing 3500 rpm's. It hought that this was very high. My gas mileage is also very bad, even after a tuneup. Im assuming that has to do with the gear change in the rear end. I guess what I am looking for is , where to buy new gears for the rear end? Toyota? or will a auto supply place sell this item? Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated. if I havent filled in all the blanks on the setup, please ask. Thanks in advance!!!

What size tires are you running?

I may have a rear third member with 4.10 for sale shortly, I hear it's not a difficult process to swap out third members. I'll find that out for myself very shortly though when I pull my old 4.10's and put in a lock-rite 4.88 rear and a detroit trutrac 4.88 front

well a 2wd has a 7.5 inch rear diff unless its a 4 speed or turbo or 1 ton. these all have 8'' rears.

i have 31x10.50's on my 2wd with a 3.42 gear , im going to swap up to at least a 4.10 but most likely a 4.56. ive got an 8 inch 3.07 from a 4 speed complete housing and all, im also not sure if the 8 inch diff will fit in the 7.5 ich housing. i also think the 7.5 axels are 27 spline and the 8 inch axels are 30 spline.

Im running 15 " wheels and tires. The rear end in this truck was swapped at one time. Im looking for a stock rear end for it. I do alot of highway driving and the rpms are way too high, in my opinion.
