35,000 miles of bad rims causing massive vibrations, what would go first?

All right,

I used to have 20 inch rims and lowered suspension on my truck for about 35,000 - 40,000 miles and there was WICKED vibration. Bu the bling was too cool for me to get rid of. Since then of course I have had the truck lifted and added 32s, and of course the vibration went away.

Now I KNOW something HAD to be adversely affected by having almost 40,000 miles of bad vibrations. And I mean it was so bad that at highway speeds I could barely hold the steering wheel without my hands going numb after a long drive...

compared to my FJ80 the dead zone isnt bad at all, but then compared to my more sporty vehicle its insane.

Any ideas where to start? Tie rods? bearings?

my 93 bagged trucked vibrates at 45mph and stops at 48...very bad vibrate, and i remember it started shortly after i got it aligned...i thought it was a balance issue so i got them all rebalanced and problem still there, i dunno how the alignment could have caused it, im affraid to go back to get another alignment and the issue still therem....maybe try a new shop. these are on 18"...no problem before the alignment either for 2 years i had it bagged same wheels. so had to of been the alignment.
