35's on 88 Runner w/2"BL (searched)

hey,
i did a bunch of searches and couldn't find if these would fit. i have 31's on now, but i have heared that you can put them on stock. My 86 pu has 3"BL and 4"SL and the 35's fit fine, yes i know thats 5" more...and i would slap them on and drive it around the block but i have no insurance and have been burnt before for that soo ummm kinda scared to do that!

I would say no. They'll fit, but you'll need to turn eventually.

You can do it; it just depends on how much you want to cut and hammer your fenders and firewall.

I was getting ready to SAS my junk, and I stuck my new 36" on it just to see. I drove it to work like this for about a week while my DD was in the shop. The lift is 1.5" shackle in the rear and 1.5" BJ spacer up front:
