New style "Halo Reverse glow gauges".

I read the tech write up on the Indiglo gauges.
Has anyone tried this style out?
Opinions?

Wow, those gauges are cool!

But ˟˟˟˟˟, they're for gas 4Runners

Which material is the face made of? Could I print in plastic the diesel version face and use a kit like that?

The oil, water, battery and gas needles are the same, but I've the speed in km/h and different pattern and the rpm's don't reach the 8k in the diesels!

I honestly don't know a thing about them. I found them browsing 4runner stuff on eBay. They are different than the ones in the tech - write up...

I'm thinking about purchasing those. If I do end up getting them. I'm going to scan them, or have a decal shop scan them, then print a template out of black decal material with just the stock looking numbers, tick marks, etc... cut out, so it's black in the day instead of white... I'm not really crazy about the white and how it would look in my truck.

Or just more modern. I'd prefer Indiglo over the crappy bulbs behind my guages.

So Keego, would be possible for me print the diesel version of the speed and rpm meters?

If you find some diesel reverse indiglo gauges that you don't like the background color... you can scan the design, email it to me and I can get the color you want printed out. Are the diesel gauges the same size as the petrol?

The size is identical but we have the speed in km/h and the rpm's don't reach the 8000!

Is there any way I can buy those and then print in plastic the diesel ones?

HM... I'm not sure... It would be pretty tough, I'd imagine. I'm sure someone carries them for your truck.

i'm with you, i love how those look when lit up, but white gauges in the daytime would look really out of place in my truck.
