Anybody have a closeup pic of the altimeter.......
mounted on their dash? I purchased one on Ebay a while back, and don't have the right dash for it to mount on. Trying to find a way to make it work, regardless.

They are Toyota.
They came on the overseas 2nd gen 4Runners and Hi Luxes over there.
Also they are made for a right hand drive rig, so I had to have the base on mine modded to sit on the right side.

If I had to it over again (my opinion) though I would not buy the Japanese unit - the tilt-a-whirl is cute but isn't actually useful except to entertain idiot passengers for 5 minutes, but the Altimeter I used! (Had one in my 85 -of course we have mountains in Oregon also...) and the JPN alti reads in meters and is hard to read.
