I have access to an 85 2wd pickup, If I get it I will probably pull the motor for me, but almost all other parts will be up for grabs, I would just want to make enough to pay for the purchase and all my rebuild parts( or at least enough to keep my out of pocket expense down!!)

Truck has about 150,xxx miles and the body is in average shape for a 20 yo truck! very little rust!! 5spd tranny, all glass intact...

Anybody need anything????

How is the cab, how much?

 

Cab is pretty clean, could use some paint! I have no idea what its worth!! Make me an offer...make it good and I will meet you in Flagstaff!!!!

I'll take the tow hook in front. and the fuels sending unit in the gas tank if it works (The part that makes the gauge read.)

no dents, some light rust on roof, looks like old rub marks from tie down straps or something...but sorry man, 200 is probably fair for the cab, but my time to tear down, gut, and remove... and the drive to Flag make it at least a 500 cab...at least...(everything in the cab is complete...seat, dash, ALL GLASS, doors..I assume your 200 was just for the skin?)I will see if I can get some pics here soon now that there is some interest!

Just realized I have an 87?ish ext cab in not so pretty shape(couple of dents and needs paint) that is pretty much ready to sell, just needs to be unbolted from the frame and a couple misc parts removed..Here is a pic of that one...also many parts for sale off this...

hmmm...dont remember seeing a front tow hook...I'll check on that and make sure the fuel sender is working.

 

I'm pretty interested in this one. All i really need is the shell and it will get painted anyway. Where are the dents and how bad are they. Other than that as long as the cab is straight, i think i would like to take it. Are doors and glass going with it? I will be swapping it for a standard cab on a shortbox frame. I guess my question is what will be coming off and what will be staying on?

Oh...it's 2wd....I'm not sure if a 2wd pickup sender is the same as my 4wd 4runner.....dang

 

how about the radio bezel? if it is in good condition i'll give you 15.00 shipped.

 

Pretty sure I'll have a 4wd one available too...I would imagine thay are the same though...I'll look into it...
