I would say yes. Especially if you have stock shocks on right now.

Best option is to measure when you finish the install. If the shocks limit down travel, then you'll need longer ones. Generally cranking up the t-bars does not increase the amount of front wheel travel so the existing shocks may be OK, length-wise. Same on the AAL, basically both are just changing where in the range of existing wheel travel your ride height is at. So check what you have by hanging the suspension at full droop, then disconnect the shocks and see if the suspension droops farther and if so, by how much.

It sounds like the answer you are Hoping For is-
"Yes, you need to buy new shocks. Try OME, you might like em..."

But yep, with AALs you will stiffen it up all right.

hahaha flamed, i do want to get them but it really all depends on the price more than anything. I dunno how much longer ill be keeping this runner and im just looking to do a little lift on the cheap (gotta love leaf springs) anyways the reason why i want to lift is because i want to run 32x11.50 tires and i think ill be able to fit with this much lift.

I might be able to run those stock because i dont really do much heavy wheeling, but im not a fan of the stuff a huge tire in a little wheel well look. i think this will give me a nice medium.

The funny part about this is that im guessing the trucks gonna be about 4in higher becauase i have 225/75/15s on there now and the lift and tires will put it over.
Now that is normal but im 5'5" tall so getting into the truck will be a fun experience for me

anyways besides my ramblings wheres a good place to pick up some OME's on the cheap?

Ome's are not cheap, I believe they run about $70 each which is why I don't have them. Try this place:http://trdparts4u.com/

AAL sucks period! The make your ride too stiff. Get some shackles or block for the time being. Sensatrac sucks like someone else said. I have had good luck with regular monroe shocks. Rancho RS5000 are a great shock but again they give you a really stiff ride. The company Tennaco owns Monroe and Rancho. I also stay away from Gabriel shocks if you can. I have no experience with OME shocks but if you look on this board and MANY other boards it is the shock to have. OME's are little pricey but if the majority are using them I guess they are a good shock.
