so i want to lift my rear about 1"-2" with old man emu springs...
i dont want to make it look like a hot rod with the a*s sticking up way high, but i would like an agressive stand...
does anyone know the part number for that size spring on an OME, or do you think i could just ask at 4x4 connection?

Don't know if its a part number or not but I got the OME 901's for my 2nd gen and it raised the rear to a pretty aggressive stance. Get a hold of trdparts4u and they can get ya some.

 

I just put a set of 900's on the rear of mine. Its pretty high, but they are supposed to settle. IIRC it raised the distance from the top of the rim to the bottom of the fender 2 1/2". If you want you can crank the t-bars to get a more level stance, but its growing on me...

I got mine thru 4x4 connection.

 

So i guess i should go w/ some 900's 901's

900's are medium duty which means not as stiff and the 901's are the heavy duty for towing and such.

 

so i went to 4x4 Connection today and talked to the guy there...they didnt have either of the 901's or 900's in stock but he said that the 901's will look funny if i didnt lift the front. I dont want it to look jacked up too much but an aggressive stance would be nice. I dont haul much but sometimes i got my buddies in the rear seat. I do a lot of powerline trails and such but nothing too hardcore. So i'm thinking about 900's.
So the question is, will my car look retarded with the 901's and nothing else? Or will the 900's even make a difference?

wow, not bad looking. 901's it is..what size tires are those? I only have 32's so mine might look weeny comapred to yours.

I just installed the 901's on my 4runner. I haven't adjusted the t-bars yet. The rear does sit a bit higher than the front but not by much.
