my bumpers

ok,
Ive been asked by a few people to post up about the bumpers here, so here it is.
some of you have seen both my front and rear bumpers, both were done by Armorology This guy has great customer service, attention to detail, he is very anal about what leaves his shop.
He is a one man show, so not a lot of overhead to pay for, I really cant say enough about his craftsmanship, customer service, and his prices are better than others I have talked to about "custom" work.

Ill get better pics soon..

Redo the exhaust. It looks like poo.
Perhaps a turndown.

That bumper is sick for sure.

I have seen these in person and boy are they nice. the attention to detail is amazing. unless you know runners you probably wouldn't know it was a custom job. the clearances are perfect, the top of the rear bumper goes under the body even with the hatch up, i was going to kick it but did want to break my foot.
Yeah Ric we gotta do something about that blow pipe.

niiice bumpers ric!

you sir..have the sexiest runner ive seen. Its what i want mine to (eventually) look like...bumpers are top notch. those guys do some great fab work. I especially like the short overhang of the rear.

question about the bumpers: are the shackles just welded onto the bumper face? or are the bumpers notched and the shackles welded all the way through? I hear conflicting stories as to what works better/safer...

once you get your FZJ80 wheels on there...your trucks gonna be biiig pimpin

d0ubledown,
well thank you sir, but there are alot of Runners that i really like..
about the shackles, i believe they are welded to the face, which are strong enough, last weekend my rig was used as an anchor for a fj80, then another fj was anchored to my rear, Crux has a pic, i think, so i know that they do hold. hope this helps.

Crux,
take lots of before and after pics...
EDIT: hey if your going to have him make sliders for ya, look at his slider adapters, they ROCK, you know Jed, he cant build anything "good enough" he over kills everything, lol. i got his demo model, works like they was made together, the best of stubbs sliders and armorology HOT.

spindleshanks,
awesome, glad you got on the list,
i cant wait to see both,,,
EDIT: go to his website, "in the shop" it has updated pics of a Taco he just finished, look hoe strong they are, woohoooo.
