Question for Southern cali people

I'm planning a trip to mammoth mountain. You guys think my 93 runner will make it up there with no problems?
Thanks in advance

Well thats a really vague question but If your 4runner runs and drives normal then it shouldn't be a problem...

Thanks surf4runner. My coolant/radiator seems to be in pretty good condition. I was also planning on doing a radiator flush prior to the trip.

I was planning on going next friday if more runs are open. I dont think it'll be worth it for me to travel 5-6 hours just for one lift. What board are you planning on getting next?

I really like Never Summers... But, they seem kind of hard to obtain. I know where I can get them in ABQ, NM... but not out here in Bakersfield. Anyway, I may end up getting a Burton... I was thinking Forum, but heard bad stuff about the slider system. I haven't researched the newest boards, sorry for the vague wishlist.

It'll do fine. One time we had a 69 VW van in the convoy...It was way slow and arrived like 4 hours after the rest of us but it made it.

I've heard about the slider system on the forum boards breaking sometimes. look into rome snowboards if you're thinking of getting burtons. supposedly, rome snowboards was started by a burton ex-employee and their boards are very similar to burtons. If you cant get a never summer near you, try calling the company in colorado. i'm sure they'll sell one to you straight from their factory.

Make sure you take some black pepper with you and some water just in case.

I love the Never Summer boards' flex... so crazy... I remember seeing someone bend one in half then it returned to normal...CRAZY!

There is an urban legend (confirmed on Mythbusters I believe) that black pepper will seal radiator cracks
