Any way to tell if a 4Runner has a rear locker by the VIN?

I've got a list of VIN numbers of various 4Runners, but I'm trying to figure out if they have lockers or not.

Also, is it possible to figure out if it was the sport/highlander edition (hood scoop) based on just the VIN?

A broker sent me a big list of vehicles, but only year, colors, and VINs.
He's going to an auction soon and will keep an eye out for ones I like.

I know that digits 4-8 specify the model info, but haven't found anywhere that decodes them.

I did find this VIN decoder site for Tacomas:

Seems like there's got to be something similar for 4Runners???

Really? I could've sworn one of the letters stood for the locker option. Guess not.

edit: this is the one I was thinking of, but still no locker info, I thought it had it.

saw something funny about half way down:

6: Engine Series (translated from Russian)
BUT - 4A, 5A, 7A
B - 3B, 11B, 13B, 14B, 15B
CH - 1C, 2C
E - 2E, 3E, 4E, CABBAGE SOUP

now THAT would be a good engine for an expedition vehicle. If you get stranded you can eat your engine
