Bad smell/odor from the exhaust

I have a 1994 Toyota 4 runner RV6 with the 3VZE motor

Lately Ive been getting a really bad smell from the exhaust and Im getting really poor fuel economy as well. Im barely getting 300km a tank and its a 60 or 65 litre tank not sure what size they came out with

Ive replaced the air and fuel filters, New plugs and leads and also have had the catalytic converter replaced not long ago. But still this hasnt fixed the problem?

Does anyone have any ideas?

The car has done 187000 kms has a hi flow cat and 2.5 sportz exhaust

What kind of smell? If you've done all of the above and are still getting bad gas mileage also with a rich smell it may be a leaky injector. When you replaced the plugs, how did the old plugs look? Color? Smell?

I didnt change them myself But i do plan to change them again soon
Im not sure how 2 describe the smell but its pretty bad. Im guessing the only way 2 check if one or more of the injectors is leaking is 2 have them replaced ?
