Did the Deckplate mod. How long should I wait?
No-one I knew would lend me a jigsaw, so I had to improvise. I took a soldering iron and poked holes on the line i traced, hten beat it out with a hammer. Layed RTV around hte edge, bolted the DP in place.
How long should I let the RTV to cure before driving with it? I had to put the airbox/MAF back in because my dad was on his way home, but Im going to wait to start the engine.

Id give it at leat 2-3Hours to be safe. Is the RTV sensor safe? Good luck on it! Make sure to remove the 20amp efi fuse before starting her up.

Yea, I had to go to like 3 different auto parts stores to find the sensor safe stuff. I did the ISR mod last week already.
I know its not going to give me any performance. I just want the sound anyways.
I burned a half a tank of gas in one day driving a total of maybe 10 miles. WOT must run really damn rich.
EDIT: I pulled the ECU-A and ECU-B fuses in the cabin (10A and 7.5A). Where is this 15 or 20A fuse you guys are talking about?

You won't get any better mileage either, but it sounds cool.

Its the small fuse and its the one next to the battery. Should be yellow? Just pull it out wait a couple secs and put it back in.

Ok I found it. Mine is 20A too.
Revved the engine a little. It sounds a lot nicer than just witht he airbox open.
