Is this a factory color for a '99 4runner?




Just wondering, I have never seen it before and the guy selling says it has never been in an accident or painted.

 

open up the doors and look in the doorjambs and under the hood... classic telltale signs if it is stock or not

 

yes that is a factory color for toyota

 

They must not have too many of them on the road cause I have never seen one in that color also.

there is that one .. and then there is a light blue/green teal color .. that you hardly ever see .. but yeah that's a factory color

 

yea i saw one of those light blue/green teal runners yesterday in fact and commented to my buddy (who couldnt have cared less) that i had never seen a runner in that color.

 

Yes that is a factory color - looks like a new penny. We almost bought one in 99. Instead my wife choose the Green Sport.

I think Toyota called it Autumn Blaze Metallic.

that is my color, 99 limited, have only seen one other on the road in AZ, and it was a base model...One of the deciding factors for buying the truck was that it was such a non-standard color

on another note, how do you think black steelies with BFG AT's would look on my color?
