Talking Any Phoenix (west valley) guys with exhausts want to let me listen?

I'm stuck between the 24" Magnaflow and a Flowmaster (50 SUV of 60). I had a 50 SUV on my old jeep ( http://members.cox.net/romara2/Pics/...UVturndown.WMV ) and it sounded great. But I realized this is oranges to apples.

I'm not a big fan of the magnaflow from the clips on Corey's site, I think they all sound pretty ricey. But I am most concerned with performance and gas mileage. But of course I want good sound as well. I plan on just a muffler and stock piping (probably not a turndown, like I had on the jeep, but maybe).

Is there anyone in the west valley of PHX that has any aftermarket muffler on a non-supercharged 3.4l that would be willing to let me have a listen? I will come to you.

BTW, does anyone have the correct part number for the 24" magnflow with 2.25" piping, offset inlet and center outlet. Corey's site has two different part numbers for it IIRC.

My Magnaflow has a little bit of a lower thrum to it. I too was concerned about sounding a little ricey and ended up avoiding the Flowmaster, Flopro, etc because they sounded a little higher in pitch.

I may record a MOV file of my 18" if you're interested.
I can get the sound of it at idle, revved, and also maintaining a certain RPM (which most files tend not to have).

Yeah, that would be cool if you could get around to it.

From the clips I've heard, the flow sounds deeper.

Did you watch/listen to my glasspack clip on Corey's page? I'll take you for a ride sometime if need be. But you can hear it pretty well from that page. I love how it sounds. A little on the loud side for most, but I love it. In fact, I lower the back window whenever I can just so I can hear it better. That's just the way I am.

Yeah, a glass pack is a bit much for me. I've got a rediculously loud exhaust on the TA, but I'd like the truck to be somewhat quiet. But all the noise is coming from the intake right now...

A lady at my work has a really nice 3.slow (her son modded it). It has downey headers into 2.5" exhaust, going to a 40 series. In all honesty, it sounds sweet. But, if you read my post above, you will see that I like things loud.

When she pulls out of the complex, I can hear her from the 2nd level conference room.

It seems that the 3.4 and 3.0 sound pretty different though. At least from the clips I've heard.
