my home built bumpers and snorkel w/pics

Here is a picture of my front bumper that i built it bolts on using exsisting mouning points. its completely made out of 3"x8" and some sheet. The sliders are made out of 2x2 and are welded on using angle that 90 degrees the frame and the rear bumper is made out of 2x4 with 2x2 being used for the sides. The rear d rings are just weld on from Tractor supply. the front bumper uses d rings i made and welded on with 3/4" clevis' from tsc. The lights are wired up as the turn signals in the front. The snorkel is made out of pvc and the air pickup is a weatherhed for electrical which can be found at lowed or what not by all the gray stuff. I've gotta to give my friend nissan brad creditfor that idea.

everything is pretty simple, the bumper took awhile though.

i dunno i worked on it off and on i have no idea on the hours building it wasn't that bad it was mounting it. alotta cutting fitting and grinding. i have two friends that copied the dimensions of mine for there trucks. if you want to build one like it i can give u and idea on dimensions but your application would be different of coarse. i can take some pictures with it cleaned up-travis
