CJ or YJ front springs for SAS

Anyone know offically if a set of 2.5" lift CJ or YJ front springs will fit the sky MFG hangers?
I am probably going to get a used newish set of 2.5" CJ front springs for free.

waggys will work too, but yj springs are pretty popular. very flexy.

i think they're 2.5" wide, compared to the 2.3" or so that toy springs are. i think you *may* need to bend your hangers a little to make them fit or make new hangers

i tried the yj springs and they went flat as soon as i put weight on them. they were 4inch lift yj springs. ended up with 44044's. i havent seen a rig on yjs in person yet.

were you using front or rear springs?

i saw a truck a while back on yj springs. it was the most booty fabbed thing i've ever seen, but it was really flexy. however, maybe the frame was just a little rusted out

Stock YJ springs will be too soft-not enough arch to them for highsteer.. If you throw a few leafs from another spring you might be able to get away with it...

They are 2.5" CJ lift springs he told me to use his rear pack for it.
However I am have been really wanting to stray away from the vanilla sas though since everyone and his brother has done something like it and do a coil setup since not alot of them have been done using a front 85 toyota axle..

CJ springs are narrower than yj springs, i think the same as a toy actually, so they should fit.
