Toyota Catalytic Converter $855.00!!!!
My old catalytic converter for my 92 pickup Ext cab V6 has been put to rest. It did last for 271,000 miles and I got many years of great use out of it. So in the search for a new one I checked at my local toyota dealers. At one it was $855.00 and the other $795.00.
I couldn't help but laugh. These are almost as much as gold pound for pound. Holy Moly. The local auto part store said they have one for $50.00 but is weld
in one meaning that I have to modify my exaust. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can get a new one that will bolt right on?

I got a bolt-in replacement from napa a few months ago before I did my engine swap. Now I can use it with my new motor and am looking to sell it. I'll send you a PM to see if we can work something out.
Thanks
