I was there a couple days ago. It was pretty loose and wet. There was also a good bit of snow on the main road leading up to the top of the ridge which was impassable. I was surprised to see snow there in that quantity at this time of the year even though I had seen some snow there in June last year. The 198 trail was little much and I turned back around since it was getting pretty late. The highlight was my buddy almost hydrolocking his Rubicon in that big mud puddle up there.
