Tires 4R would you go 9.5's

After a long time, years. finally rebuilt the 22re in my 85runner. was my daily driver. Now I am going to start driving it daily again. it has 33x12.5 BFGs. I want to go to a more of a utility look and something with better function for daily driving. I was thinking of a 9.5 before I blow a bunch of money on tires to find out its not the best maybe someone here has figured out what works. I do not do a lot of hard off road/rock climbing. I still want to be able to get thru a rain forest or snow.

At a little bit smaller stance I am running a 265/75r-16s in a yokohama all terrain. Yeah I put 16'' rims on. They come out at 31.7'' tall but fill up the wheel well nicely for my ride
