Exclamation 88 3vz: no turn signals, no gauges (except speedo), Charge light ON, no tach,

Drove home, parked, checked some fuses for the air horn, then next morning the (awesome) truck starts with a big red "Charge" dash light.

also, no turn signals, and the only gauge that works is the mechanical speedometer.

New battery last week, terminals all appear tight.
New stereo last month that reads out voltage...yesterday it was at 14.1 all day.
This morning, (with current issue) the radio displays 12.2 then I turned on the headlights and it went to 12.1 and on the way home it was 12.1 until I had to turn on the wipers/lights and it went to 11.9 but back up to 12.1 when I turned those off.

Also, wipers are slower and the truck can move and drive yet feels draggy.... is this all due to the power?

This happened about 8 years ago and I fixed it in 20 minutes but forgot what I did.... been working 12 hour shifts and need any advice on where to start.

thanks to anyone.

Perhaps for my own record (or anyone else who experiences these symptoms.
Symptoms: Hazards work, no blinker, no tach, no voltage, no temp, with "Charge" light on dash.
The only gauge that worked was the mechanical speedometer. Wipers worked but sluggish (running off batter?)... I do think the alternator was charging the battery but cannot confirm it...it seems it was only the gauges, blinkers and charge light that greatly concerned me.

Fixed it by the center fuse inside the cabin (by drivers left foot well).

My fuse is a 30amp (is that correct?) and it ISstill good yet when I push it ALL the way in its connection it doesn't work.
So, that one fuse has to be slightly pulled out for the terminals to connect.

I found this by turning on the ignition, turning on a blinker and going through wires and fuses. When I got to the middle fuse I heard the blinker activating and viola....fixed.
