94 pickup 12v problems! Need help!!!

Help please! It all started when my cigarette lighter housing came all the way out with a charger and unplugged then I stupidly plugged it into one of the wrong 4 slots it came out of and blew something besides a fuse because all fuses are good...my buzzer also quit working (the key ignition door buzzer) my radio powers on but no sounds I'm really at a loss here I tested my speakers they were fine and radio fuse good I'm stumped if anyone knows of anything that might pertain I'd greatly appreciate you!!

Aftermarket radio? Maybe you blew an inline fuse for an aftermarket amp or the 2nd in-line fuse behind an aftermarket radio?

Got a volt-meter?
How did you determine the fuses are good?
