3vze 93 4Runner distributor wires

Gday fellas, I’ve got a 93 4Runner and the green wire that runs back into the wiring loom says it’s shorting out, is there a fuse or relay on this wire or the distributor wires or is that the ground wire?

The Green wire is G- http://web.archive.org/web/201212070.../9systemci.pdf It runs straight to the ECM. If you have a short to ground on the Green wire, you have a harness problem or (very unlikely) a bad ECM.
