Extended front brake hoses too long - tire rub

I lifted my 1994 4runner and part of that work involved adding 2" spaces on the front upper control arms. I purchased 26" extended steel braided brake hoses for the front but they seem too long! I replaced the stock hoses last night and I couldn't get the extended ones to curl up nicely without rubbing on the tires. Honestly, the stock length didn't really seem to be stretched so I'm considering putting the stock hoses back on or replacing them with steel braided stock length hoses. In the meantime I zip tied the hoses to the shock but it doesn't look great to me. Kind of a gnarly hack solution.

Does anyone have any experience here or advice?

Even with a 4" bracket lift you're not getting any more articulation than factory so extended brake lines are not really necessary (other than just a nice upgrade). Unless you're planning on doing a SAS or going LT in the future.

I just had mine zip tied out of the way. Just make sure it won't interfere with the moving parts in that area.

not sure if you mean a BJS or a lift bracket, but either way you really dont warrant enough lift for those hoses. like blue said above, just zip tie then back and it will be fine.

he did technically say the spacers were on the UCA, which would be a BJS not a drop bracket but sometimes people mix the types of lifts up. with the BJS you actually are increasing wheel travel, but the extended brake lines are still too long in most cases. i have personally tested this ha.
