Short bed to Long bed swap

Short bed to Long bed swap
Hi guys, I have a standard cab 4wd short bed. I was wondering if it's possible to swap the short bed with a long bed. I want to be able to sleep in it, but I'm a bit too tall as I'm 6'2. So I was wondering if its possible to do a bed swap.

You would have to extend the frame to swap the long bed onto your truck.
Most of the extra length you gain with the long bed is between the cab and rear axle, meaning that the wheel wells will not line up with the rear tires if you were to simply put the long bed over your existing frame.
