Trailgear SAS'd 4Runner - 63" rear springs low
My 1995 Runner has a 3" Trail gear SAS that the PO installed. They also did a 63" Chevy spring conversion in the rear. The spring perches and shackles were installed correctly, however, the rear is sitting about 2.5-3" lower than the front and is also dangerously close to bottoming out the rear shocks just sitting in my garage.
What is the best option to get the rear lifted 2.5-3"? Would an aftermarket GM lift spring, like the ones Deaver makes, work to get it up higher? I would like to avoid using blocks.

I am thinking about lowering the front. The front is already as low as it will go with the default Trailgear stuff though. Its on the 3" spring and 5" shackle. So I suspect I can only drop it 1/2-1" with shorter shackles. I am looking for a shorter shackle with the right dimensions(M18 bolt, 19mm thru-hole).

What size shackles and blocks are you on? I have a 1" block and 6" LROR shackle on the rear. I just dont think an AAL is gunna get me 2.5"

No blocks (other than the cut down factory overload) with 7" shackle. I think it added around 2" to mine. Its been almost 6 years since I did it so I don't remember exactly. If the front springs are new, they will settle.

The springs are not new, a few years old. The previous owner daily drove it like this.

your options to lift the rear are:
longer shackles
add-a-leaf
re-arched springs
new "lift" springs
Zuk mod
lift blocks
air shocks
or combinations of the above.
I don't recommend the air shocks AT ALL.
Pay attention to your pinion angle whatever you do so you don't end up eating u-joints on a regular basis.
