factory '06 taco e-locker in a 91 axle housing... just checking

I was just offered the opportunity to get a factory e-locker out of an 06 tacoma for, what is colloquially, hella cheap. so i bought it.

i did my research and am pretty confident that it will fit in the rear end of my truck, a 91 4x4 pickup, 4cyl, 5 speed. based on what is listed on 4x4wire it should fit with some modifications to the axle housing, which im fine with.

can someone verify an 06 tacoma 3rd will fit (with those modifications) in an axle housing from a 91?

thanks

Yeah it will fit but you have to grind the housing and weld up a couple bolt holes and then drill and tap a couple of new bolt holes for the longer stud that goes on the locker motor. It's easier if you take the axle housing off the truck to do it.
