2nd gen runner instrument cluster bulb replacment part numbers?

So I'm one of the few who likes the looks of the oem color of the backlights on the instrument cluster. But for the life of me I cannot find the part numbers for the bulbs with the green boot/condom things on them? Anyone know what these part numbers are? I really dont want to tear back into the cluster to remember the number of bulbs I need too so if someone has the number of bulbs (also for the ash tray and 12v socket) that would be sweet! Also my hazard, defrost, rear window, and rear window lock switch backlights are out too. Does anyone know a compatible bulb assembly for these switches too? I cant find a "TSD V-2" bulb either... Thanks for any input!

Uh, where did you look?

I was able to find 7 different part numbers for a '94 SR5, depending on the model. https://parts.lakelandtoyota.com/sho...rimLevel=18380 Which you didn't provide.

FWIW, you're more likely to get useful help if you don't make the rest of guess about what you're looking for. Put your year/model/engine/etc. in your signature, and you won't have to repeat it.

Sorry about that. New to the forum. When I try to enter the info for my 2nd gen on the toyota website and I pull up the diagrams it shows everything but the instrument cluster...but thanks for the info! My rig is a 1990 2 door SR5 with a 3.4 if that helps.

Just get the standard white bulbs and remove the green silicone sleeve from the blown bulb. Unroll off the old bulb and transfer it to your new bulb just like a condom. I just got finished installing an SR5 gauge cluster with all OEM bulbs. I also love the green OEM dash lights.

I wanted to do that, but all the boots were dry rotted/melted to the bulbs. The body on my rig has 306k on it, so I'm sure they have a lot of "on" time lol

I'm not sure how bad they are but you can try spraying them with silicone spray or rubbing them down with silicone grease. Let them set a few hours and see if they'l loosen up.

I thought I was the only one on here that prefer the factory green light! Most here have changed their back lighting to some blindingly bright LED color bulbs that just looks wrong (in my opinion) in these trucks.

Toyota's parts diagrams don't show the green light filters, just the bulbs and sockets.

The factory bulbs just come clear, without the green light filter.

If you cannot get the old light filters off, you might need to go search for some aftermarket filters that fit the bulbs.
