Forgot to pack the oil pump with grease.
On my rebuild I never packed the oil pump with grease to prime it. Although I did assembly line the hell out of the pump gears. Will I be ok trying to prime it with the stater or should I pull the pump off?

When I pulled my engine (1986 model 22R) a few months back I didn't pre-lube it with anything. Granted it was an existing pump that had residual oil on it but I had no problems with it priming. In fact, my '85 Toyota SM doesn't say anything about pre-lubing the oil pump at all or packing it with grease.
As long as you got the O-ring installed correctly and you didn't switch up the bolts and run interference with the Timing chain, I wouldn't worry about it.

Crank it a bit with the spark plugs out and the EFI fuse pulled. It'll spin as fast as it can, and there'll be little initial bearing loading.
Then finish up and start it. It should make oil pressure right away.
