Fuel line to charcoal canister replacement
My fuel line (black hose) connected to my charcoal canister in my 1988 pickup needs to be replaced. What size and material hose do I need to buy? I know I can’t use silicone but that’s about all I know! Thanks in advance!!

Factory is metric, but 1/4" ID fuel hose fits perfect.
There are a total of four non-pressure fuel hoses on a 22RE (2 at the tank & the other end of these 2 lines that come from the canister & FPR). 7ft of hose is enough to replace all 4 hoses. I bought this 6ft length and ended up being a few inches short and had to order more: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1).
Any auto parts store should have fuel hose sold by the foot. Just make sure it is fuel rated, don't use vacuum hose.
