I have a 95 3.0 V6 with a fuel issue. It will run on starting fluid but dies out. I have a see through fuel filter on it and the chamber only fills up just around half way. The outlet of the filter is not submerged in the fuel leading me to think fuel is not getting to the motor. Any thoughts?

 

Welcome to YotaTech. Jumper FP to B+ on the diagnostic connector. With key-on, you should be able to hear the fuel pump running.
