T4R first gen 1988 - Dashboard cover mat

Hi guys!
Do you have those dashboard cover mat in your 85-88 trucks/4Runners?
What do you think about them?
I'm looking for the the mat that includes the clinometer hole.
Can you recommend me brands or shops?
Post pics of yours to see how they look if it's not a problem.
Thanks!

I am curious too.

I have been meaning to get one for my 1987 Truck with the original crack-free dash to help keep the UV rays off of the dash (and keep it crack-free).

My dash was crack free until I parked it. The Texas sun just dried it out. I believe just putting a cover over it helps some but ya still need to keep it moist. I used pledge furniture polish on mine since it was new which helped it last as long as it did. If I can't find another dash then I plan on recovering it this summer.

NAH, I wipe with damp cloth and I"m done. I don't carry a vacuum in Anza-Borrego or Az/Utah desert. LOL!

Interesting!
The dashboard cover mat @keycw posted has a "hood" for the clinometer, the mat in the pic @87-4runner posted has a hole for the clinometer.

... or replace all the carpets/door panels/seats covers with vynil, like the first 4Runners. I'd like that!

if I remember right, the company I ordered my carpet kit through was OC Auto Carpets and they sold the vinyl interior kits as well.

Per your request on another thread...

you may want to check out your local embroidery shops. I bought mine from one 10 years ago. They came in carpet or foam. Good luck!!
