Sometimes people try things even though Toyota says they don't fit, and find out that they do. (Or find out why they don't.) Maybe you read something and can provide a link to a blog. Other than that, it was hard for me to figure why anyone would even ask if a such a critical part (and one that doesn't cost much) from an 8-cylinder engine would fit a 6-cylinder from 12 years earlier.

I am curious as to why you want to know.....

I am pretty sure the Tundra (2UZ-FE) injectors will not work. The bodies of the injectors are pretty different, just looking by pictures of both injectors, and probably output different amounts of fuel for the same on-time duration.

You probably will not find much information on this because most people just install the 3VZ-E fuel injectors because that is what the engine is designed to use.

I guess if no one here knows, and you are dying to find out, your engine could be the guinea pig.
