Will 32x11.50s rub A-Arms with 1.5” BJ Spacer, OME T-Bars, Stock SR5 Wheels

As the title says, worried about these tires rubbing when I go on Fri to get them mounted. Setup:

- 1.5” 4Crawler BJ Spacers
- OME T-Bars cranked for 1” add lift
- Upper A-Arm lip trimmed
- 235x75R15 tires in the pic
- 32x11.50 KO2s will be mounted Fri

Pica attached. Thoughts?

I don't think they will. seems like a lot of people run the 11.50's
See if the tire shop will mount just one tire and mount it on the front and cycle the suspension

You might want to lose the shipping label in that one picture. Your full name and address is on display for the world letting them know where to come pick up brand new 32" in tires and a freshly painted classic vehicle.

If they aren't rubbing now they won't. Your tire doesn't get closer to the a arm during travel. Backspacing determines this not tire size

It has 29s on it now. 32s go on Friday morning.

I have 33x10.50s, with BJ spacers on factory steel rims and mine rubbed. I added 1/4" wheel spacers, I did not grind lip of my a arm. I'm not sure if the backspacing is any different on those alloy rims or not. You might get lucky, but I would not count on it.

Hopefully my SR5 wheels will make the difference. If not, I may need a 0.75” wheel spacer.

Do you have the first gen alloy rims or the second ones? They look similar, but the first ones have 15 offset and the second ones 8.

1st gen: 15x7JJ-15 DOT (if Iam correct, you don't have this info in the rims).
2nd gen: 15x7JJ-8 DOT (you have this info in the rims).

Mine are the 1st gen wheels that came stock in this truck.

I think (don't quote me on this!) in your case, the smaller the offset the better. Negative offset 'stick out' more than the positive ones. So 8 should be better than 15.

I'm not sure, lets wait for the experts.

Local 4WheelParts has 1.25" spacers. I may pick up a set of 4 today and take them with me tomorrow just in case I need them.

They are 6 on 5.5 Hub-Centric.

Remember the hub covers! The wheel spacers'll put the hubs into the rims, and the hub covers'll 'stick out', they'll be taller than the hubs.

Good point. That will look awful. I think i’ll Just grind the upper A-Arms a little more and save $200!
