Help where is the mate to this plug

Putting my valve cover back on after deciding timing chain would ride awhile. The single wire from the exhaust driver manifokd 22ret 1987 runner i cannot find the ivory male end. Where does it originate from. From a photo it took it appears to run under the intake. Please help. This is a zoom screenshot of the it before starting removal.
Original photo screenshot was from. Cannot find that ivory male plug???

It's trying to hide from us.
Why don't you show it better?

Rad, resident electrical savior! This is a RET but re maybe the same. There is a bung with a device in it in the lower exhaust manifold (O2 maybe?) and a single small wire comes up and lays on top of the valve cover. Gray female. You can see the male heading over under the intake. I have looked and looked with a flashlight, feeling under the intake and I’m stumped. Where should that feed go ? I can post pics of the exhaust item for identification tomorrow evening.

Sorry, If you're talking about the connector that has a grey barrel and a white barrel, I do not see anything similar near that location on my 22RE.

Yeah o2 sensor

Yeah that is the oxygen sensor, runs off of the turbo elbow.

Unless it got cut off its there somewhere. It comes out of that central bundle. Probably hanging down by the starter somewhere.

Papawhellie, on my 86 22RE, the harness side of the connector is near the ignitor.
