I took the engine out. Did a complete engine build on it. I got a LC ENGINEERING Street series head, new heavy duty valve springs, new front and rear main, new rod bearings, new main bearings, new NPR pistons, new rings, EGR and cold start delete. A new ecu off of eBay cause the cold start resistor got fried in the original one because the injectors ground through the manifold and I painted it wrinkle black so it couldn't ground correctly and shorted out. I put a noid light on the injectors to see if they got pulse and they do but still no start. It should crank up a second or two longer due to the cold start but I live in SC it doesn't get cold enough here for it to matter or does it? Too much time and money in this thing.... someone help a brother out.
