How do I know if the torsion bars are turned up?
Bought a 92 pickup a few months ago and noticed the upper A-arms are resting pretty heavy on the cracked bump stops. Truck does look higher than stock but really hard to tell with the small tires & does ride pretty hard. It has 28" tires (235/75/15) on 7" wide wheels and measurement from floor to middle of fender is 36.75". Thanks!

That measurement is about 15", rear is about 14.75". I turned the bolts 3 full turns each and now front is 14.75". Do you know what that measurement is supposed to be out of the factory?

Need to compare measurement above with other members who have stock same year-model trucks.

The attached file from the FSM shows the official factory way to measure suspension height. This is independent of tire size, inflation, sagging body mounts, bent fenders with missing trim, etc.
